You may have synced the wrong Eventbrite account! Please double check that the account you synced with the Mixr mobile app is the same account with which you purchased the Mixr Add-On. If you find you linked the wrong account, simply tap "Unlink Eventbrite Account" in Settings, then tap again to link the correct account – just make sure you're signed into the correct account in your browser!
Mixr promotes dating with intent! While you will keep any matches made and messages sent in previous dating pools, after the event is over, that dating pool will no longer be accessible. Look to the future, not the past!
We at Mixr acknowledge that users who identify as women or non-binary may feel anxious about disclosing plans of future event attendance to all who have purchased a Mixr Add-On. To combat this, Mixr has developed Incognito Mode, where a user's dating profile is only shown to those they send a like to. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities!
